Routings & Labor
PeopleSoft carries three work centers and nothing finer: Fabrication, Finishing and Assembly. Product Library carries the real departments. This is both, side by side, so the standard hours the plant is costed on can be held against what the detailed routing actually says.

The table loads up to 1,000 rows; the counters above are over every row in the plant. Use the filters to narrow the table. Indirect operations (material handling, transport, shipping, engineering) are deliberately left out of the comparison: they absorb no labour, though they still create queue on the floor.
